Have your say on the future of water in our region
Lower Murray Water is looking for young people (16–21) to join a new Youth Panel.
If you want to have a real influence on decisions that affect your community, this is your chance.
As part of the panel, you’ll:
- Explore how water is managed in our region
- Visit sites and hear directly from industry experts
- Work with other young people to develop ideas and recommendations
Your input will help shape the decisions we make about pricing, investment, and the future of water in our region.
The panel will meet up to 8 times between July and November 2026. Sessions include a mix of in-person and online, with most online sessions held mid-week in the evening (up to 2 hours).
Because this is a small working group, we’ll ask you to commit to attending all sessions.
You’ll receive $300 as a thank you for your time and contribution.
This is a chance to:
- have your voice heard
- meet new people
- build confidence speaking up and working in a group
- get insight into careers you might not have considered
