  • How does a payment arrangement work? 

    A payment arrangement is an agreement you make with Lower Murray Water (LMW) to pay your bill in instalments, over a set amount of time.

    LMW encourage you to conatct Rural Financial Counselling Service (RFCS). 

    RFSC is a free and confidential service and can provide options to assist in times of financial hardship. Visit the RFCS website or free call 1300 735 578 to access this service 

     

    Is interest charged on payment arrangements? 

    While you're in a payment arrangement, you will not be charged interest or penalties from the date your application is recieved. 

    However, if you miss a payment, your arrangment will be reviewed, and you may start to be charged interest on the amount you still owe.

This will need to include for the purposes of marketing.  The personal information being collected will generally be made available to our employees/contractors/advisors/agents including local support services Rural Financial Counselling Services and Mallee Family Care which you have indicated in this form referral to. If all the requested information is not provided, LMW will be unable to process your request/application. You may request access to, or correction of, documents that contain your personal information, which is in our possession.
